Who is responsible

LeadLynkr is responsible for the personal information described in this website notice. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@leadlynkr.com.

What we receive

If you email us or submit our contact form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn link and enquiry. The contact form sends those details to LeadLynkr when you press “Send enquiry”.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and checks contact form submissions using Turnstile. SMTP2GO processes form submissions so they can be delivered to our email inbox. These providers may process technical information needed to provide their services, such as IP address and request details. We use Google Analytics only if you choose “Accept analytics” in our cookie notice. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. We do not use advertising trackers.

Analytics and cookie choices

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages visitors use and how they found this site. It may store cookies such as _ga and process visit data, including device and browser information, page views and approximate location. Google is our analytics provider. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Rejecting analytics after previously accepting removes the Analytics cookies we can access on this site. Your choice is saved in your browser so we can remember it.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, discuss a potential service and follow up on your request. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. The contact checkbox confirms that you want us to respond to this enquiry; it does not sign you up to a marketing list.

Who receives it

We use website hosting and email providers to run this site and handle messages. We share enquiry details with them only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your enquiry details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and manage any resulting business relationship, then remove information we no longer need unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to retain it. You can ask us about the period relevant to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@leadlynkr.com and we will consider your request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
